Content Publishing Rules for Performers

We want the platform to remain a safe place for performers, filming participants, and users.

Before publishing any photo, video, live stream, or other material, make sure that:

• all depicted persons are of legal age;
• each participant has voluntarily consented to filming and publication;
• you have the right to upload and sell this material;
• the content does not violate the law, the rights of others, or the platform rules.

Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability. We may request documents confirming the age, identity, consent of participants, and rights to the content.

Main Rule

Publish only content that is:

1. created by adults;
2. created voluntarily and with the informed consent of all participants;
3. owned by you or used with the permission of the rights holder;
4. permitted by law and these rules.

If you are unsure whether material may be published, do not upload it until you receive a response from support.

What is Prohibited

1. Minors and persons whose age cannot be verified

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

• involving persons under 18 years of age;
• with a person whose adult age cannot be confirmed;
• depicting a minor in a sexual or erotic context;
• styled as a sexualized image of a child;
• containing names, descriptions, tags, or roleplay context presenting a participant as a minor;
• created or altered using AI so that a person appears underage.

The prohibition applies regardless of the performer's actual age if the material intentionally presents them as a child or minor.

Any doubts regarding age are resolved in favor of safety: such content will not be published.

2. Content without consent

It is prohibited to publish materials if at least one depicted person:

• did not consent to filming;
• did not consent to publication;
• consented to filming but did not consent to internet posting or sale;
• withdrew consent in cases provided by law or contract;
• was unconscious, asleep, or unable to understand what was happening;
• was under coercion, threats, blackmail, or substantial pressure;
• was secretly filmed in a private place;
• did not know about an ongoing broadcast or recording.

Hidden filming, leaks, revenge porn, stolen personal materials, and any other intimate images published without the depicted person's permission are prohibited.

3. Sexual violence and coercion

Real or presented as real are prohibited:

• rape;
• sexual coercion;
• human trafficking and sexual exploitation;
• kidnapping for sexual purposes;
• blackmail with intimate materials;
• sexual acts with a person unable to give consent;
• coercion into sexual acts in exchange for documents, money, housing, employment, or safety.

Staged scenes are permissible only when they are legal, all participants are adults, have agreed in advance on what will happen, and can stop filming at any time. The platform may prohibit individual staged scenarios if they cannot be reliably distinguished from real violence.

4. Exploitation of vulnerable persons

Content that exploits or degrades a person due to their vulnerable state is prohibited, including situations where a person:

• is seriously intoxicated or under the influence of substances;
• does not understand the nature of what is happening;
• is dependent on another participant;
• is unable to freely refuse;
• is presumed to be a victim of human trafficking;
• participates as a result of deception, threats, or economic coercion.

5. Incest and sexual content with relatives

Real sexual acts between close relatives are prohibited.

Staged roleplay scenarios may be additionally restricted by platform rules, payment partner requirements, and the legislation of individual countries. Titles, descriptions, and tags must not create the impression of minor participation.

6. Animals

Prohibited:

• any sexual acts with animals;
• sexualized use of animals;
• contact of human genitals with an animal;
• content that encourages or imitates real bestiality.

The incidental presence of a pet in a non-sexual part of the frame must not create the impression of its participation in the scene.

7. Violence, severe injuries, and dangerous acts

Materials containing the following are prohibited:

• real severe physical violence;
• torture;
• murder or attempted murder;
• serious injuries, mutilation, or profuse bleeding;
• acts creating an obvious risk of death;
• strangulation to unconsciousness;
• use of weapons for real intimidation or harm;
• acts without necessary safety measures.

Staged BDSM scenes are permitted only with the voluntary consent of adult participants and in compliance with applicable law. The platform may require consent confirmation and additional information about filming safety.

8. Drugs and states of incapacity

Prohibited:

• use of prohibited narcotic substances;
• coercion to use substances;
• sexual acts with a person who, due to alcohol or substances, is unable to give informed consent;
• presenting loss of control or consciousness as a way to gain sexual access to a person.

9. Illegal prostitution and sexual services

The platform may not be used for:

• offering illegal in-person sexual services;
• organizing meetings for the purpose of prostitution;
• posting prices for illegal sexual services;
• human trafficking;
• recruiting or controlling persons providing such services;
• receiving payment for organizing sexual contact between other people.

Permission for certain forms of activity depends on the legislation of the performer's country, the user's country, and the platform operator's country.

10. Violation of privacy

Prohibited:

• hidden filming in a bedroom, bathroom, changing room, hotel, or other place where a person expects privacy;
• publication of personal data without permission;
• display of documents, addresses, phone numbers, or bank details;
• doxing;
• intimate materials of former partners without their consent;
• recording a private video call without the consent of all participants.

Before publishing, it is recommended to hide addresses, vehicle numbers, documents, phone screens, and other identifying information.

11. Content belonging to other people

It is prohibited to upload:

• films and scenes from other studios;
• materials of other performers without permission;
• content downloaded from social networks or other websites;
• paid content obtained through a subscription to another platform;
• music, images, logos, and other protected materials without the necessary rights;
• recordings of other people's broadcasts;
• materials for which you cannot confirm your rights.

The presence of another platform's or author's watermark may be grounds for rejecting the material and reviewing the account.

12. Impersonation, deepfakes, and artificial intelligence

Prohibited:

• sexual deepfakes of real people without their permission;
• use of another person's face, voice, or appearance without consent;
• impersonating a celebrity, another performer, or a private individual;
• AI content depicting a real person in a sexual context without their documented consent;
• AI content with minors or characters who clearly appear underage.

Synthetic or substantially altered content must be labeled as created or modified using AI, if provided by the platform interface.

13. Extremism, hate, and degradation

Materials are prohibited that:

• promote terrorism or violent extremism;
• call for violence against people or groups;
• contain real threats;
• use symbols of prohibited organizations to support them;
• encourage persecution or dehumanization of people based on protected characteristics.

Roleplay context does not justify real threats, promotion of violence, or illegal symbols.

14. Self-harm and suicide

Content is prohibited that:

• shows real self-harm;
• encourages suicide;
• contains instructions for inflicting serious self-harm;
• sexualizes a real suicide attempt or infliction of severe injuries.

15. Bodily waste and sanitary hazardous materials

The platform may prohibit or restrict content related to feces, vomit, blood, potentially hazardous biological fluids, and acts creating a substantial sanitary risk. The exact list of such restrictions is determined by platform rules, payment partner policies, and applicable law.

16. Illegal goods and services

It is prohibited to advertise, sell, or distribute through the platform:

• drugs;
• weapons;
• forged documents;
• stolen materials;
• malicious software;
• blackmail or hacking services;
• any other illegal goods or services.

Live Streams

All rules also apply to live streams.

During a stream, it is prohibited to:

• unexpectedly show an unverified person on camera;
• invite viewers or guests whose age has not been verified;
• conduct a hidden broadcast;
• show a person without their consent;
• broadcast illegal or dangerous actions;
• fulfill prohibited user requests;
• disclose participants' personal data.

The performer is responsible for everything that happens on camera and is transmitted through their account.

Titles, Descriptions, Tags, and Messages

The prohibition applies not only to images but also to their presentation.

You may not use titles, tags, descriptions, or promotional messages that:

• present an adult participant as a minor;
• hint at lack of consent;
• advertise illegal actions;
• contain real threats;
• mislead users about participants;
• use another person's name without permission;
• promise a meeting or service prohibited by the rules.

Even legal video material may be rejected due to a prohibited title, description, or roleplay context.

What Happens After Upload

Materials may undergo automatic and manual moderation before or after publication.

We may:

• request documents or additional information;
• temporarily hide the material;
• restrict its sale or distribution;
• modify or remove a prohibited description;
• reject the publication;
• remove the content;
• temporarily restrict the account;
• block the account;
• withhold payouts where permitted by contract and law;
• retain necessary records;
• notify the payment partner or competent authorities if required by law.

Review or publication of material does not mean the platform confirms its legality or assumes the performer's responsibility.

Complaints and Content Removal

Any depicted person may report:

• publication without consent;
• a minor participant;
• illegal or stolen content;
• copyright infringement;
• disclosure of personal information;
• misidentification;
• deepfake or impersonation.

Material may be temporarily hidden during the review period.

To process the request, we may ask for:

• a link to the material;
• a description of the violation;
• confirmation of the applicant's identity;
• proof of participation or ownership of rights;
• information to locate other copies of the material.

Abuse of the complaint procedure may also lead to restrictions.

Duty to Report Violations

If you believe content has been posted on the platform:

• involving a minor;
• without the participant's consent;
• related to human trafficking;
• containing real sexual violence;
• stolen or illegally published,

immediately report it through the complaint form or support service.

Do not download or distribute suspicious material.

Performer Confirmation

By publishing content, you confirm that:

• you are 18 years of age or older;
• all depicted persons were 18 years or older on the date of filming;
• all participants voluntarily consented to filming and publication;
• you possess the necessary documents;
• you have the right to upload and monetize the material;
• the content does not violate the law or the rights of third parties;
• you will provide supporting documents upon request;
• the information provided to the platform is complete and accurate.

Violation of these confirmations may result in immediate removal of materials and account blocking.
